friendly staff free water many choices
The staff was friendly and helpful. I received complimentary water bottles daily. The breakfast offered many choices. I also appreciated the room service, especially after long days.
I found the bathroom fixtures showed some wear , and I think they could benefit from updates.

premium room efficient check-in
i stayed in a premium room and noticed improvements from previous stays. check-in was efficient and friendly. the breakfast buffet was extensive. housekeeping was excellent and extra requests were no trouble. the location is great for public transport connections.
i found the room noisy due to being next to the main road, and the glazing did not adequately reduce the traffic noise.

the location is great for public transport connections. there are boutique shops, fancy cafés, supermarkets, and pubs in the area. kensington olympia station is only a short walk, approximately 5 minutes, from the hotel.
